Good morning all, I am sure everyone has been getting all kinds of forwards re the Coronavirus, however I received this one and personally think it makes more sense to me, that’s just my personal opinion so I am sharing

Subject: What I am doing for the upcoming COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic
Dear Colleagues, as some of you may recall, when I was a professor of pathology at the University of California San Diego, I was one of the first molecular virologists in the world to work on coronaviruses (the 1970s). I was the first to demonstrate the number of genes the virus contained. Since then, I have kept up with the coronavirus field and its multiple clinical transfers into the human population (e.g., SARS, MERS), from different animal sources.
The current projections for its expansion in the US are only probable, due to continued insufficient worldwide data, but it is most likely to be widespread in the US by mid to late March and April.
Here is what I have done and the precautions that I take and will take. These are the same precautions I currently use during our influenza seasons, except for the mask and gloves.:
1) NO HANDSHAKING! Use a fist bump, slight bow, elbow bump, etc.
2) Use ONLY your knuckle to touch light switches. elevator buttons, etc.. Lift the gasoline dispenser with a paper towel or use a disposable glove.
3) Open doors with your closed fist or hip - do not grasp the handle with your hand, unless there is no other way to open the door. Especially important on bathroom and post office/commercial doors.
4) Use disinfectant wipes at the stores when they are available, including wiping the handle and child seat in grocery carts.
5) Wash your hands with soap for 10-20 seconds and/or use a greater than 60% alcohol-based hand sanitizer whenever you return home from ANY activity that involves locations where other people have been.
6) Keep a bottle of sanitizer available at each of your home's entrances. AND in your car for use after getting gas or touching other contaminated objects when you can't immediately wash your hands.
7) If possible, cough or sneeze into a disposable tissue and discard. Use your elbow only if you have to. The clothing on your elbow will contain infectious virus that can be passed on for up to a week or more!
What I have stocked in preparation for the pandemic spread to the US:
1) Latex or nitrile latex disposable gloves for use when going shopping, using the gasoline pump, and all other outside activity when you come in contact with contaminated areas.
Note: This virus is spread in large droplets by coughing and sneezing. This means that the air will not infect you! BUT all the surfaces where these droplets land are infectious for about a week on average - everything that is associated with infected people will be contaminated and potentially infectious. The virus is on surfaces and you will not be infected unless your unprotected face is directly coughed or sneezed upon. This virus only has cell receptors for lung cells (it only infects your lungs) The only way for the virus to infect you is through your nose or mouth via your hands or an infected cough or sneeze onto or into your nose or mouth.
2) Stock up now with disposable surgical masks and use them to prevent you from touching your nose and/or mouth (We touch our nose/mouth 90X/day without knowing it!). This is the only way this virus can infect you - it is lung-specific. The mask will not prevent the virus in a direct sneeze from getting into your nose or mouth - it is only to keep you from touching your nose or mouth.
3) Stock up now with hand sanitizers and latex/nitrile gloves (get the appropriate sizes for your family). The hand sanitizers must be alcohol-based and greater than 60% alcohol to be effective.
4) Stock up now with zinc lozenges. These lozenges have been proven to be effective in blocking coronavirus (and most other viruses) from multiplying in your throat and nasopharynx. Use as directed several times each day when you begin to feel ANY "cold-like" symptoms beginning. It is best to lie down and let the lozenge dissolve in the back of your throat and nasopharynx. Cold-Eeze lozenges is one brand available, but there are other brands available.
I, as many others do, hope that this pandemic will be reasonably contained, BUT I personally do not think it will be. Humans have never seen this snake-associated virus before and have no internal defense against it. Tremendous worldwide efforts are being made to understand the molecular and clinical virology of this virus. Unbelievable molecular knowledge about the genomics, structure, and virulence of this virus has already been achieved. BUT, there will be NO drugs or vaccines available this year to protect us or limit the infection within us. Only symptomatic support is available.

I once was that prodigal child — lost, angry, and struggling to find my identity. Hardened on the outside, but deeply hurting within. The pain of my choices was not only destroying me, but creating heartache within our family and severing my relationships with the people who loved me most. Mad at the fact that Mom took me out my comfort zone of home at the Tech in Ennerdale, into a foreign world of Ixopo, too young to understand that Little Flower with Mr. Oakes waiting on his new student arrival, was Mom preparing my independence. Upon my return home, became a holiday working school student to help My single struggling Mamma with two younger siblings after me. In between Q's was my getaway in the depth and realm of a Hip hop zone. Lichelle Laws inspiration kept my sanity as I bobbed and waved, driving and smiling at the security gaurd at the garage parking post of the Carlton Centre as I got the stolen out. Point of the car was just to get to the Dale n leave it stranded near fine town somewhere.
By God’s grace, Mom did not give up on me — She prayed for me and here I am today. Thank you Mummy. I love you. Never give up on our children, no matter how much they hurt or persecute us.
Someday they will return… home.
It’s incredibly hard to pray for anything but a comfortable, successful, and pain-free life for our children. But as parents, the greatest eternal good that we can pray for them is their salvation over their earthly happiness or comfort. We have to fight for them in this world filled with temporary pleasures, self-gratification, and blurry lines — entrusting their lives to our Lord — even if the path of salvation comes through pain.
I am eternally grateful that my Mom loves me enough to pray for my brokenness, a brokenness that would lead to healing.
My path of brokenness nearly killed me. How I survived from the 8th floor of an Eloff building only Mom's prayers can answer.
After a devastating loss of my identity, my first two years of utter depression, my life spiraled out of control. I searched for identity and purpose in anything but Jesus. As self-destructive patterns drove me deeper into despair, I longed for an escape from this world, totally! ultimately landing me in the protection of a hospital, not twice not thrice! The breakdown, the stroke, the month I decided I want to experiment with drugs and be an alcoholic… My point? Nobody's perfect! Surprisingly just the other day I was threatened by the very same I experienced that life with, yet, the more she condemed my new choice, the calmer I responded… Knowing someday, she will join me…
In that stark white hospital room, the choice before me was clear: be crushed by the weight of my sin or lay the broken pieces of my life at his feet. By his grace, he led me to my knees and has been redeeming those broken pieces ever since. My journey is still very far from over my friends and family…
We will only be bold enough to pray a prayer of brokenness over our children when we ourselves have been broken before God and trust his love for our children and us. It’s only when we have completely surrendered our children to him that we can pray, “Father, use what you must to save my child from an eternity apart from you, no matter the cost.”
Pray against the enemy’s desire to have them.
I have read that “We will only be bold enough to pray for our child’s brokenness when we ourselves have been broken before God.”
A battle is being waged over our children’s lives. We have to fight for them, especially when blindness keeps them from fighting the battle themselves.
I remember my mom telling me the story of a time when I was standing with her, angry at the world, and taking it out on her. She looked at me and said boldly, “I am fighting for you, humble to your Queen!” I hushed down quicker than you read this sentence.
Although we don’t have a guarantee of our have turned again, strengthen your brothers” (Luke 22:31–32).
Even if your child wants nothing to do with the truth, This is another mighty weapon God has given to parents.
My Mom has prayed Cornthias 1:13 .... Love is...
Her other favourite would be as if she's singing it beautifully. Aaaah Chereldene, my Mom... I miss you:

It truly amazes me to look back and see how faithful God was to answer Mummy's prayer. I was drowning in self-destruction, abuse from others, rebelliousness, and sorrows too deep to understand at the time. God, in his mercy, drew me out of many deep waters, and rescued me from my own flesh and Satan’s desire for me.
As I sat at South Beach Shopping centre, staring at 32 Falaise where my family lives, no longer wanting to live, God rescued me, he brought Wendy, out into a broad place, and showed me that he delighted in me (despite my unworthiness). He has continued to be faithful to this prayer, upholding me through many deep waters and carrying me through many dark days.
Parents, no matter how far your child seems to be from Jesus or what path they are on, you can fight for their life with the powerful weapon of God’s word.
The Power of a Praying Parent
I am learning this on a new level and Parents, so should you. Look through the eyes of a Mother who has one child on Earth and the other child, who eternally will be 6 years old in my soul. Look through the eyes of me…

"My Compadre’, My Karnal, my best friend, my guide, my fort…My QUEEN!!!!!!!
Only God or another child who has lost a Mother would know how I feel on a day like this…It’s been extremely hard for me being your daughter for almost 3 years now. To some, it’s been so long, to me, still just like yesterday. We were extremely close my Mother and many admired the Mother/ Daughter bond you and I had. I never have and never will have a better best friend than you.
I still don’t remember half of the day I lay you to rest, it’s still all a bit misty to me. People tell me bits here and there. I ask some ‘’why were you not at my family’s resting day’’? and I get responses like ‘’but Tanya I hugged you’’? Aaah well, I do apologise after that, But What I do remember Mummy, is when I stood there seeing you and My Son and Grampa sinking down into ground, a sight that flashes in front of me every now and then… Hey, I act the soldier you trained me to be… so they all think I’m ok… you know I’m not… Please just forgive me for today and the 26th , it’s humanly impossible to bear… Loving Mother… May the gentle leaves that fly in a breeze whisper your voice in my ear if it be God’s authorization. I love, miss and cherish the one and only woman in my life that would never leave my side, even in your absence, you are still here in my heart and my soul as my spirit is one with you…My Mother…
You have enriched my life and made me who I am today. I miss you so much especially today, I want you to enjoy your birthday in heaven with all the angels and give Milano Williams and Miguel Louw the biggest piece of cake ok? You were the first person I thought of when I woke up this morning. I am truly so sad you are no longer with us, at the same time yet, I am still calm that you are happy and safe from harm in the arms of God. Mom, as your children, want you to know that even if you are no longer with us, we still love you and miss your presence. The word "Mummy" is very special as we hear others here on earth say it every day. ‘’Mummy’’ is the embodiment of love, affection, and care. Of all the moms in the world, you are simply the best. Our lives will never be the same again without you. The day you passed away has been the saddest day of my life, and even worse, as you passed together with my very own child Milano. On the day God made you Mummy, he specially designed you to be a soldier and embodiment of love. I want you to know that I will forever keep you in the deepest recesses of my heart until we meet again. Your Daughter… Tanya".

Use Microsoft Authenticator to sign in easily and securely with MFA.
Two factor authentication (TFA) is easy, convenient, and secure when you use Microsoft Authenticator. Use your phone, not your password, to log into your Microsoft account. Just enter your username, then approve the notification sent to your phone. Your fingerprint, face ID, or PIN will provide a second layer of security in this two step verification process. After you’ve signed in with two factor authentication (TFA), you’ll have access to all your Microsoft products and services, such as Outlook, OneDrive, Office, and more.
Microsoft Authenticator also supports multi factor authentication (MFA) even if you still use a password, by providing a second layer of security after you type your password. When logging in with two factor authentication (TFA), you’ll enter your password, and then you’ll be asked for an additional way to prove it’s really you. Either approve the notification sent to the Microsoft Authenticator, or enter the one time password (OTP) generated by the app. The one time passwords (OTP codes) have a 30 second timer counting down. This timer is so you never have to use the same time based one time password (TOTP) twice and you don’t have to remember the number. The one time password (OTP) doesn’t require you to be connected to a network, and it won’t drain your battery.
You can add multiple accounts to your app, including non-Microsoft accounts like LinkedIn, Github, Amazon, Dropbox, Google, Facebook, and more. Since the app supports the industry standard for time based one time passwords (TOTP), you can secure all your online accounts. Simply enable two factor authentication (TFA) on all your accounts. Then, when you sign in, you’ll provide your username and password as usual. Finally, you’ll enter the one time password (OTP) provided by the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Sometimes your work or school might ask you to install the Microsoft Authenticator when accessing certain files, emails, or apps. You will need to register your device to your organization through the app and add your work or school account. Microsoft Authenticator also supports cert-based authentication by issuing a certificate on your device. This will let your organization know that the sign-in request is coming from a trusted device and help you seamlessly and securely access additional Microsoft apps and services without needing to log into each. Because Microsoft Authenticator supports single sign-on, once you have proven your identity once, you will not need to log in again to other Microsoft apps on your device.

Yes guys, it's time you got a reality check! What frustrates me so much knowing that technology has been around for decades now, yet still so sadly, majority of my students still attend in bunches and unable to even play solitaire . I'd be very pissed at the individual who laughs at that sentence because, as un Upliftment trainer with my OWN initiative. Think before bursting laughter out at thousands of others that you've left behind, without consideration that that ONE person you laughing at, also has a family to feed, and ONLY because of lacking Pc experience, will be packing your packets of monthly groceries for the rest of his or her life! My heart is in depth of sorrow for our communities in Kwa Zulu Natal .
My blog will focus on still attempting to help you guys online, offline, and even if you need me to explain something I've already trained you on. We've created our youtube channel incase I need to refresh your memory on a formula once I've placed you in that office opportunity. I will never desert you guys until my last breathe on earth, I promised you since 3 years ago…
Why do I say the future is passed? Well duh, open up your fourth eye, take a very deep breathe in, hold it in while you think about it as you let it our just as slow, and realise that our mentality is that most of us donate to the youth from some effort your company has at work and you feel so good about it as you added in your R20. My friend, just where is your R20 now because from 3 years of my project, it hasn't yet been donated to your very own child in the same boat.
Your child is my child.
In my beginning efforts through calling out to my own communities for help to start, the communities who did believe in me indeed donated some material such as our large office desk, the printer, mouse and keyboards etc. I must give a Blessed shout out to a Mr. Clint who is the main gentleman I didn't know from a bar of soap oh but Blessed is he! Mr. Clint handed me, in faith, his 2 old desktops with a laptop. I shuffled here and there and with no support or backbone and the R250 supplied to me I maintained the lights on the continuous currency of the machines, which wasn't even enough… I tried to make fee as affordable as humanly possible for all… Cherlano Academy opened doors. God is good all the time as we face another year of existence. Look, I'm no miss goody two shoes who had everything in life. Actually! It was the other way around as many know my story that I haven't yet exposed in testimony, but you know what, in the interim of my own pain, it was my “CHOICE” to do something beneficial for our children… uplift!

Know where to tap
To help you begin, let's get to know the buttons at the top...
This tour introduces you to most of the buttons. They might be slightly different on your version of Android. Note that new features are constantly being released. Make sure you have all the latest updates in order to have all available features.
Easier reading on your phone
Switching to Mobile View makes it easier to read and edit on small screens.
Try it:
1. Tap Mobile View.
2. Notice that the layout flows to fit your phone’s screen.
Keep in mind, if you want to switch back, you can just tap Print Layout.
Save your way
Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Your document automatically saves as you work so you don’t have to. If you ever want to turn Autosave off, it’s easy.
How it works:
1. Go to the File menu
2. Pick Save and turn Autosave off.
You can always go back to the File Menu for more document actions like Print and Share.
Add shapes
Insert a shape and add a color and text.
Try it:
1. Tap the pencil to open the command ribbon.
2. Tap Insert > Shapes and add a circle.
3. Let’s change its color. Tap the circle, tap on the pencil and then select Shape > Fill and select a different color.
4. For more options, tap Shape Styles and pick a look you like.
Work together
With your document stored online, your group can work on it together at the same time.
How it works:
1. Save your document in an online location, like OneDrive.
2. Tap Share.
3. Invite people, or send a link so they can edit with you.
Smart Lookup
Smart Lookup brings research from Bing directly into Word.
Try it:
1. Select the word “Hippos” in the following sentence: Hippos live in swamps
2. Tap Smart Lookup and see info about hippos!

Comments
Commenting on a document is a great way to quickly add your feedback.
Try it:
1. Tap somewhere in this paragraph, and then open the ribbon
2. Choose Review > New Comment, and type something.
3. Notice that your comment includes a Reply button.
Use it to respond to a comment.
Hint: When you’ve taken care of feedback, get the comment out of your way without losing it by tapping Done.

Are Our Youth Indeed Opportunists?
What confuses me quite a bit as I sit and reminisce how hard it was in my own youth days, to get recognition for a talent I knew God instilled in me to show, portray, put to use with all my youthly efforts of dancing, rhyming and writing. Dude! Anybody in thier late 30s to early 40s today who's with me can confirm the sweat, strain, literally walking miles to venues and auditions it took us to get a piece of the chunk of the news we always only hear about the last minute because it's all rich folk that would get it first. Migg33 and Mxit buddies would obviously spill the beans to his/her other buddies because her/his Mom's Sister's husband's cousin worked at the SABC or M-net. At the time, on that certain audition day, Ennerdale suddenly seemed even much further away than usual! Tjo! Auckland Park seemed as if somoene picked it up on purpose and set it down in an even further location just to be spiteful to us! You know, as "young adults" ourselves today, we are sitting and smiling as we shaking our heads to this truth saying "Ja nee, Tanya lieg nie, dit is net so waar soos hoe skoon, veilig en full of jovial soos Ennerdale gewees daai tyd ook"!
Yet alas! I see how much opportunity is out there with open doors so much more today than the none we had back then, Oh so many shut doors. Through God's Blessings and my forceful Faith within myself I managed those 2 Channel O videos guys. What's sad in my typing that I hope you feel now😔? Is that youth in the thousands are not embracing what's right infront of them on a golden platter💔💔💔💔. I see specs on all my projects and if i have an interest, then from a distance... I follow and watch persistance... this one Team/ group I have is sooooo blessed with talent, yet so little truly interested 😢. It truly breaks my ❤️❤️

So I'm at it once again lol! I'll NEVER quit on my youth!!!!! Right! we heading for the Essay world championship 2020, of which the entries must be in by end of Feb right? I'd like to guide, assess, and work with the youth who would like to enter. Once the board reaches about 1500 to about 2000 it's all sealed up. Soooooo, I wanna enter as many candidates as I can!! We all face new challenges in our lives. They can be massive undertakings, such as moving across a country and beginning a new school. Or sometimes the more routine tasks, such as getting out of the bed in the morning while undergoing depression, can themselves be massive challenges.
We want to hear about your challenges and how you mentally, physically, and/or spiritually prepare for them.
How do you find strength when you feel it does not exist? And what have you learned, or are learning, from your challenges? As you will see, I'm still busy building up this site page as you see once you click the link. But now, in the interim, please do spread the word as far as possible because it's merely 7 days from now for first entries… This is where I'm please asking for your voice and power while I'm busy with the site🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.
